Thanks to the wide range of temperatures that can occur November - February at Walt Disney World, it can be hard to know what to pack when your list for any other time of the year would be a simple as some shorts, sandals, and a whole lot of sun screen. Although it's always important to double check the weather before you leave in case the temperatures will be out of the norm for your trip, here's what we suggest you bring in your suitcase; this list is tailored for women, but it can be easily adjusted for men. If you're looking for a packing list for your park bag, you can find ours here!

A medium weight jacket that isn't too bulky; you want to be able to stick it in your park bag or tie it around your waist in the afternoons when it gets warmer
A neutral colored cardigan that can replace your jacket for nicer outfits or just to mix things up
A sweatshirt for lounging or catching the fireworks on the Polynesian's beach (similar Mickey sweatshirt here)
Casual, short-sleeve t-shirts that can be mixed with any bottoms. Short sleeve is best so that when it's cooler in the mornings and at night you can add your sweater or jacket, but when it's warm in the afternoon you can still be comfortable in the sun
A pair of shorts in case a warm front arrives or if you're only going to be in the parks for a few hours in the afternoon
Jeans and leggings so you can be both comfortable and stylish; wear leggings on the days when there's a possibility of getting wet (Splash Mountain, anyone?) so you'll dry faster
Close-toed shoes so your feet don't get cold; I usually only pack one pair of sandals for winter trips for walking around the hotel/going to the hot tub (find white Converse here)
A swimsuit in case the weather is particularly nice or, more likely, a relaxing evening in the hot tub
A small purse or cross-body to keep your phone; bonus points if it's Minnie style! (similar Minnie purse here)
Depending on how cold it will get for your dates, you may also want a hat and gloves, especially for little ones. Sometimes whipping around on Big Thunder Mountain can really chill your fingers in the cool air. Don't forget to pack the necessary socks, undergarments, and pajamas!
The number of each item will depend very much on the length of your trip and if you are planning to do laundry. For reference, I bring one pair of shorts and 4 pairs of jeans/leggings for a 5 day trip, even though I sometimes where the same jeans twice (it's nice to have an extra pair just in case!).
